Healthy Oats Cake preparation !!!

Cake is kind of sweet food prepared by flour, sugar and other ingredients.

It is very special for every occasions . Hence, it becomes pleasure.

Be it birthday party , engagement party ,anniversary celebration ,New year what not !! people hangs around until cake cutting ceremony completes. Though every one gathers several things but It is always on top priority for every celebration .

But as per today’s scenario most of us look to good diet plan for balanced health . Hence , we try to avoid consuming cake as less as possible though it is priority for all occasions.

To ease the woes , I shall share a delicious oil free healthy cake recipe using oats.

So without wasting any time let’s see what are the ingredients needed!!

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cup of fine grated oats

2. 2 cup of sugar/1 cup of jaggary

3. 2 tablespoon cocoa powder

4. 1 and 1/2 table spoon baking powder

5. 1/2 able spoon baking soda

6. little bit of butter depends on your taste

7. 1 cup of milk

8. Vanilla essence

Method:

  1. First take fine oats in a bowl . Now add ingredients one by one sugar, coco powder, baking soda , baking powder and mix it up properly.
  2. Now take another bowl and pour milk. Now add butter with it and stir it with a spoon.
  3. Now take 1 table spoon of oats mixture and add it in that mixed milk and stir it with a spoon. Then take another table spoon of mixture and add over it and stir the same way .This process continues until whole mixture of oats gets mixed up with milk .This way way avoids creating lumps. Now batter is ready.

4. Add vanilla essence and chocolate syrup for flavor.

5.Now pour the mixture in a bowl . Keep a saucepan over the gas with medium flame and keep that bowl over the saucepan and cover with a lid .Keep this for 30 to 40 minutes

6. Keep it to cool for 10 minutes and then put it in fridge .

7. Now cake is ready to serve

Cook time: 1hour
